Panic disorder sufferers usually have a series of intense episodes of extreme anxiety, known as panic attacks. Attacks can last 10 minutes but can be as short lived as 1-5 minutes. Anxiety attacks vary in intensity and specific symptoms of panic over the duration. Hello, ran across your name. I'm new to this so please pardon me, I mean now harm or disrespect. Just need to talk with someone. I live in my home with my wife of 20 years and my son. my daughter is in college. there is no communication between me and my wife. she talks to the kids but not me. I feel as though I losing my mind.
I am very excited to meet and get to know other people who have problems like mine, for me to connect with. I am diagnosed severe depression and adjustment disorder.
