How many hours do you sleep daily?

Getting enough sleep is very good for one's health. But for people who have sleeping disorder, it's always very difficult to get enough sleep. How long do you sleep everyday or do you not sleep at all?
 
When it comes to how many hours I sleep everyday, it should be between 4 to 6 hours because I always go to sleep very late in the night and I wake up very early in the morning. I find it very difficult to sleep in the afternoon, otherwise I would have been getting enough sleep everyday.
 
I don't joke with my sleep at all because I know the sad implications of not getting enough sleep everyday. My phone is a big distraction, so once it's 8pm, I'll switch it off and sleep easy.
 
I used to sleep at least 8 hours every day but in the past three years I have been struggling to sleep at least 5 hours everyday. My doctors are trying to put me on drugs so that I can be able to get more sleep.
 
Sleeping well is very important for my good health. It's when my depression was very bad that I struggled with sleeping well. I get at least 9 hours of sleep every night.
 
I should be sleeping at least hours every night. I do that because I like waking up strong and sharp. Whenever I don't sleep well at night, I don't feel good in the morning.
 
If I am too tired after the day's job, I will sleep early and woke up early, it will be like 7 hours sleep.
And if I slept late in the night and woke up early the next day, it will be about 5 hours sleep.
 
I make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. If I do not I feel weak and faint throughout the day.

I am always grateful that I can sleep without taking any drug. A friend told me that if you are sleeping without drugs, you have already achieved half of the problem of this world.
 
I can't do anything which is going get in the way of my sleep especially at night. I might not bother with sleeping during the day but at night, I make sure I sleep at least 8 hours.
 
I make sure that I have quality sleep each time that I am set out to sleep. I don't try to play with my sleeping time because it may end up biting me in the future. I tried as much as I could to have my sleep for at least 6 hours daily.

Oh so you are among the people that spend one third of their time on a daily basis. Do you sleep it all at once or at intervals?
 
My sleep pattern have been erratic for a long time. There are some times when I sleep about 7 to 8 hours and there are sometimes when I can only be able to sleep about 3 to 4 hours.
