How many hours do you sleep daily?

My sleeping pattern used to change but if I want a good sleep, it will be 6-7 hours that I can have a healthy sleep. Sometimes, I can stay more than 7 hours when I don't have nowhere to be.
Yes, I figured out that my sleep pattern depends on the activities I am engaging in the next day. If I know that I don’t have anywhere to be, I can sleep even up to eight hours.
