It's not notice at all times what you're thinking and feeling. To become self-aware and self-conscious of them, to self-acknowledge them, but to have the will not to act out on them. Think before acting. STE : Stop and think, take a deep breath and engage in positive activities for you personally this current moment, here and now. To notice that this current moment is passing, and that suffering is unnecessary and only the doings of your mind, they are your mind tricking you into negativity. To realize that the final goal of life is to enjoy this current moment, this current place, fully and wholly. Because death is a finality and a drastic measure for temporary problems in life. To keep in mind that everything shall pass and this too, even your life, even your suffering. Such is mindfulness at ALL times.
