What helps you have control of your eating habits?

For some of us that have battled with eating disorders, what will you say helped you to keep this habit in check?
One thing that helped me is having a strict diet and being disciplined. I don’t eat outside of what I have planned no matter how tempted I might be. It helped me a lot.

What helped you?
 
The only that helped me is that I stopped eating in the morning but I will make sure to drink enough water and then eat enough in the afternoon and at night.
 
I make sure that I prepare my foods by myself, thereby reducing the rate at which I eat outside. It is easier to control what I eat if I prepare the food myself.

This is such a good strategy. I have figured it out too that when I prepare the meal I don’t usually eat much, compared to if I order outside.
