What are some strategies or techniques that help you cope with anxiety?

Anxiety is never easy to deal with and much like depression, anxiety can trigger when you least expect it. It is always wise to have some kind of strategies or techniques that will help you cope with anxiety when it hits.

If you are someone who suffers from anxiety, what techniques and strategies do you find helps you?
 
Staying calm in that situation I found myself
Keeping my hands besides me so that I won't be shaking
Breathing in and out calmly
Taking my time before talking
 
I clench my fists, I feel my legs on the ground and I take deep breaths in and out. I also go out and spend time in natural and green environments, it helps clear my mind.
