Today, for Self-care…

The first thing that I’ve been noticing that’s enjoyable today is that there’s sunshine today and it’s pretty hot too. I love spring and summer! Been wearing a skirt and t-shirt today too! Also, my feet are much better today with Eucerin, the medicinal cream that my GP has prescribed for me a few days ago. So, what have you done for yourself today? This is a new therapy that I’m currently doing is noticing the good and positive things in life only, and omitting the negative and listing them called DBT and mindfulness. Been wanting to share with my dearest online family.
 
What I have done for myself today is getting a good sleep last night. I wasn't in a hurry to get out of bed. When I finally got out, I brushed and went to the gym. Working out is good for one's health.
 
Today was my off day from work and I make sure that I have enough sleep. Woke up, brush my teeth and have my bath before looking for what to eat. I am not the type that always go out so I am indoor watching movie. I have also called my family members to know how they are fairing.
