I'm often depressed because of being peri-menopausal, but I don't know if it's the same with all ladies. If you're a lady and on menopause, please respond to my thread, thank you very much.

Well, this might be caused by other factors other than menopause , maybe you are worried over something maybe related to what the future could and other worries, just find something that makes you truly happy and focus that energy on it.

Unfortunately, I really wouldn't know how that feels because I'm yet to experience menopause. Maybe when I get older and start having it, then I will know if it's going to make me feel depressed.

I don't know what it feels like or what to except because I haven't even gone half of the menopause stage. I believe there are other things bringing up the depression traits in you. Well, I guess you have find the answers you are looking for.

You don't want to have kids, you don't want to be in a relationship, so I don't understand why menopause is causing problems of depression for you. Can you make me understand?
