How do most depressed people commit suicide?

The sad and most painful part of someone being depressed is whenever such person commit suicide.

From your observations of depressed people in your locality, how do most of them commit suicide? Do they hang themselves or overdose or shoot themselves in the head?

Most suicide cases I've heard all used pills to kill themselves. It's going to be very painful for someone to hang themselves. I believe that's the reason why they all use pills. Some shoot themselves.

Where I live, the people who have either attempted to take their life or have taken their life unfortunately have been stepping in the way of a train as it has come through fast.

It is very easy to get onto the tracks near where I live and most people who feel they can't handle it anymore see that as the easiest way out.

Depressed people need help. So when they are not able to get this help they just make the decision to end it all. That is why it is important for any depressed person to reach out for help before it is too late.

It's never easy for a depressed person to seek for help. They feel like nobody will understand them and they won't find the help they needed. I think this is their best reason why they commit suicide.

When you don't think there's any need for you to still keep in living, committing suicide seems like a good option at that point. It's why those who are depressed take that way out which they call easy way out.

I remembered while in school, one of us was in pains and we didn't know, he also didn't tell anybody. I guess this was his thoughts and he took it. That how he died without a last word.
