I do not have a serious case of depression now, but I admit to being under it before. There are just experiences in life that someone got me mentally and emotionally scarred with, but I am in the recovering process. I also have a case of anxiety, but it is not as bad.
I'm here because I'm looking forward for total recovery, and for me to understand not only what's going on to me, but those who have it as well.
