I am new here and wanted to say hi. I have been living with depression for years. Things have started getting better for me now. I think that this site will give me the added support I need.
 
I am new here too! I didn't want to start a new thread so thought I would add to this one :).
Nice to meet you and I have also gone through depression off and on for years. I hope to hear others experiences and give any advice that I can...
