The happenings of the day can determine to a large extent how one feels at the end of the day. There are some people that can handle terrible days, while many cannot.

Do the events of the day affect your mood and feelings?

Well if things are not going my way throughout the day my mood will definitely be affected. My feelings will definitely not be on the positive side, but we gotta move regardless.

The effects of the day will always affect my emotions and feelings. No matter how I wanted to put it, the heaviness will always show.

Having a good day or a bad day is something that is certain in a man's life but how you handle these is what matters.

I try as much as possible not to let a bad day affect me in a mental way that is going to be negative for my life.

Yes this is the right attitude to have when things are not going right. It is not possible for everything to go smoothly all the time, so it’s good to be prepared for when it does not.

Those situations like that will always occurr in a man's life. It's how you brace up and handle it that matters most. It's very tough out there in the world.

I'm telling you. Life is so tough no matter where you are. Sometimes, I wonder if we are just here to play puzzle games because the more you try, the more it's becoming harder.

It depends on the time frame the bad keeps repeating with me. If I keep having a bad day repeatedly, it's definitely going to affect my mental health.

I can relate. Assuming you are having a bad day, someone will try to add to it and there's no way your mental health won't be at stake unless you leave the environment totally.
