Do you feel like no one cares?

There are times when one can feel down because there seems to be no one there for us. Sometimes we just need that close human interaction, but there is no one to lean on. This can make one feel depressed.

Does this happen to you?

The truth is that no one who's not your immediate family members doesn't care. Some of your immediate family members don't care. It's why you have to take good care of yourself.

Yes some family members truly do not care. It’s all man for himself. But there is always a silver lining for every family, if they are not oblivious to what is going on they will show they care.

Truly, when someone is in need of a shoulder to lean on but finds no one, it can seem like nobody actually cares what the person is going through. This can foster feelings of depression.

Everybody needs somebody is such a valid quote. No matter how strong we claim to be as a line individual, we need someone to share our life journey with.

This is why I don't like depending on others all the time because they can disappoint you when you least expect it. It's in the nature of human beings to act like that.

Exactly. We should not base our happiness on other people, otherwise we will end up being disappointed. I learned the hard way.

This does not even have anything to do with depression. There are times when I feel like I am all alone and there is no one that actually cares about how I feel. It's a feeling that comes and goes.
As long as we live, we will often have these feelings. The moment we accept that it comes and goes then we will understand not to make a big deal of them when they come. Then we will be better equipped to deal with them.
