Article: Casual Gaming Helps Depression

As a gamer myself, playing every weekend for about 4 or 5 hours at a time I can concur with this study. Playing video games can be a stress releaser and the answer to how to escape reality for a few hours. It is entertaining, it can be fun and it is a good way to keep yourself from falling deeper into depression.... believe it or not successfully finishing a game or winning a round can bring a whole lot of happiness! =)
