Currently, I'm taking Lyrica 150mg at bedtime, works like a charm for me personally at least anyways. I can now sleep a full night without waking up and without behaving like a crazed maniac. Because I have also ADHD and manic depression (bipolar type 2), I use this tranquilizer to knock me out at night and it's working so far for me personally at least anyways.
