Some people actually feel better after taking to someone that listened genuinely to them.
So what they need is listening ears.

Do you feel better after taking to someone?

This can be tricky as depressed people most often do not find it easy to talk to people about their feelings. It will take a really close and calm person to open up or a therapist.

I think we all feel better after talking to someone especially about what's been bothering us deep down.

It's only introverts who don't feel happy talking to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

I felt better when I write my thoughts or fears down in a paper. I don't have much friends that I can talk and that's why I don't bother tonlook for who to talk when I feel like.
