I posted in another thread that I am on Bupropion, Mirtazapine and Lorazepam. This combination has worked well for me and I haven't had any side effects.

I am on Lorazepam, Buropion and Mirtazapine.

Great job! You could also try counting backwards from 100 by 3's. See if that might help. It has actually helped me when I have one during the day. It allows me to take control of the attack before it controls me.
