Your coping mechanisms when you lose a loved one?


Losing a loved one is something that happens to us all in life and when that does happen, it can affect us mentally as well as physically.

There are ways to be able to cope with losing a loved one but for each person, it can be different.

When you lose a loved one, what do you find helps you cope?
There are many ways that one can cope if they lose their loved one. Some prefer to stay with families in case if they are crying, they will see who to cry in their shoulder. Others prefer to stay alone and console themselves, while others prefer clubbing or partying to wave the pains away.

I prefer to stay alone and cry out my tears. After that, I will wipe away my tears and move on with life.
