Why do People fall in Love?

As an aro-ace, sex-repulsed person, I just don't understand it. Why do you fall in love for you personally? Because I don't feel it, I don't think it's enjoyable for me personally at least anyways. How do you feel when falling in love personally? Romance, sex/dating/relationships could cause petty drama, jealousy, depression after a break-up and etc. Then I think, but why does anyone go through this at all?

I believe that the reason why people fall in love is for the feeling of having someone to support them and care for them. The only problem is that a lot of people are not truthful in their relationship which makes it a very bad experience for those they are dating.

Being around a person and caring for them will make you fall in love. Unfortunately, though, in my case, my wife just isn't into me as much as I am into her. Well, anyway, I don't think people fall in love with online dating. People have to be in intimate contact daily.
