Who is your favorite TV villain?

We've all watched that one TV show that made us appreciate the villain for absolutely killing their role. I'll go with Klaus Michaelson from The Vampire Diaries. The guy was badass throughout the series, it's like he was born to play that role.
Another person I will choose is Severus Snape of Harrypotter.

Klaus Michaelson's story was better portrayed in the TV show - The Originals. It's like you haven't watched it yet? He was a complete monster.

My all time favourite villain in a movie or TV show is Dr. Doom.

Darth Vader has to be one of my favorites. He had that intimidating presence every time he appeared but what made him stand out was that he wasn't just a one dimensional villain. His backstory made you understand how he became the person he was. That's why he's still one of the greatest movie villains for me.
