Sick of living?

I am sorry to hear that you feel like this Naiwen. How are you feeling now?

It's never easy to feel like this and the thoughts that come with it are always hard to ignore. I would reach out to someone to talk to if you can if you ever feel like this again.
 
There are times when we all have feelings like that. But what usually helps is to know that such feeling would not last forever. So I hope for when I would feel better, while engaging in activities that light me up.
 
I had this feeling last week. I feel like I have no reason to live again. The only thing I found so worthy to live for was my mom. I can't see all her suffering and take them for granted. It energized me more and I am up to facing the world.

My dear @Naiwen, I hope you found a reason to live. I know there are more challenges in life but please don't give up so easily. We all will be glad that we made it someday. Find something you like doing and engage in there.
 
Sometimes, I feel like shutting myself down because of many troubles of life. The feelings are mutual but we don't need to rely on it because it will surely pass.
