I remember a relationship I had when I was in college. The girl asked me out, and since I felt something for he too, I decided to give the relationship a try.
But gosh, the obsession was too much! Everything she does basically revolve around me, she doesn't have anything to on her own. This leaves no privacy for myself at all. It got to a point I couldn't take it anymore, so I broke off the relationship.
Of course, she didn't take it lightly. I was told she locked herself in her room and cried for days, even her academics suffered.
Thinking back, I wonder if there are better ways I could have handled things?
What do you think?
