Does anyone else cry themselves to sleep at night?

The night is a time that makes many people vulnerable to their emotions, especially depressed people. Living with one has made me see how they can feel a surge of negative emotions while on their bed.
It’s really a disheartening sight to see.

Do you sometimes cry before sleeping off?

Sometimes, I do that if I'm feeling too emotional about my life or things that had happened to me. It's not really easy to leave some things apart from us especially at night.

Nope, I don't believe in crying whenever I'm going through a hard time because it is only going to mess up with my emotion. Crying is for the ladies. I might feel bad and depressed but it will never get to the point where I will start crying.

But is that really true? This is what alpha males say about men crying, and this leads to men hiding away their emotions when they should express them in a way that will help them cope with it.

I'm not against men expressing themselves but choosing to cry is what I don't buy as a man. There are so many other ways a man can express their feelings that's not through crying.

As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong in crying. In fact, I feel better after crying before sleeping. It feels like a heavy load is taken off my chest so, I sleep well.
