Do the mistakes you made in the past make you depressed?

Sometimes I look back at some things I did and feel down. It is not that these things are bad in themselves, but I feel like I should have done better. This happens often and I can go back weeks and even years.

Do you experience this too?

I do but I don't rely on the past because the past is there to help us make a better person. You don't need to feel bad about why or reasons you didn't do better then, it's a growth and you need to take it and forge ahead. I don't feel sorry for my past, I learn from them.

I am not depressed about my past life. I can only learn never to repeat my mistakes but I can't be depressed that I didn't do what I supposed to do.

Then you are one person that have really mastered the art of moving on. There are many people that are still hung over the mistakes they’ve made in the past.
