Do the deductions you made in the past make you depressed?

Sometimes I look back at some things I did and feel down. It is not that these things are bad in themselves, but I feel like I should have done better. This happens often and I can go back weeks and even years.

Do you experience this too?

I do but I don't rely on the past because the past is there to help us make a better person. You don't need to feel bad about why or reasons you didn't do better then, it's a growth and you need to take it and forge ahead. I don't feel sorry for my past, I learn from them.

I am not depressed about my past life. I can only learn never to repeat my mistakes but I can't be depressed that I didn't do what I supposed to do.
