Does gaming have negative effects on your life?

Games are made to be a source of entertainment and fun. But there are some people that have allowed it to affect them to the point that their lives are affected in a negative.
They skip work to play, they neglect their physical health.
These ones need help immediately before irredeemable damage is done.

How does gaming affect your life?
 
Gaming have always had positive effects on me. It's a means of entertainment and it helps me to relax so much. Mentally, it helps me so much.
 
Gaming has been fun and entertaining to me. I haven't been influenced negatively with games. I don't neglect my works or physical activity because of games.
