    What makes smoking very dangerous is that it is capable of damaging your lungs and complicating your general health which is why most people advised to abstain from smoking even if they are passing through depression because it is going to be very detrimental for the health.

    My sister is just like that. If you touch any of her stuffs, you better put them right back the way she left them with no mistake otherwise she's going to find out and when she does, the whole house is going to be on fire. It's why no one in our family goes anywhere near her stuffs.

    They can you just about anything when it comes to religion and what it is capable of doing which is why I don't really take any of it seriously. Depression is not a spiritual thing from the way I see it which is why I don't pay attention to anything religious about it.

    Not enough

    Over eating isn't healthy no matter how some people see it. I don't do that to myself and being that I'm a lady, I can't afford to allow myself out of shape. I eat with caution and never once it's past 7:00PM.

    I always lash out when I'm depressed especially when I'm doing something that keeps frustrating me. It's why I try to keep that habit down because it affects who it's not supposed to affect. It's a behaviour that's very bad which affects others in a very negative way.

    living with panic attacks

    Panic attacks can be very drastic when you don't know how to control its which is why whenever mine gets too serious, I'll try as much as I can to isolate myself so that I would not do something crazy that the moment. I do vape when it gets too much because it helps to calm me down.
