Can you date someone suffering from Bipolar Disorder?

Dealing with being a Bipolar isn't an easy easy task. A lot of people find it very difficult to associate with anyone who's suffering from Bipolar Disorder because of how unpredictable they can be most of the time. Do you think that you can date someone that's suffering from Bipolar Disorder?

I think there should be no reason anyone should not date someone just because they are Bipolar. I think as long as they are on medication it can be controlled.

I agree with supra, I don't think anyone should hold something like a bipolar disorder against someone. As long as they are making the effort to control it. I don't see any reason not to date someone for that

I think in the end, as long as you love someone, you will be able to tolerate and support them

This is where I stand with you on. Once you love someone good enough, you should be able to stand with or by them at all times in good and in bad. I would only take a walk when they aren't willing to get help.

I don't really understand what is wrong with my wife. I know she has NPD, but also bi-polar, I heard. However, I have been with her since 2010, but the thing with losing the baby is the nuke that can't be erased. It's a train wreck that seems unrecoverable.

I'm sorry to hear about what your wife have been passing through and I know you're not finding it easy as well. Just try as much as you to help her get all the help she needs to get better and recover. There are some losses that drives us to the rock bottom.
